Setting Up Pricing Tables - All Quote Types
Regardless of your quoting preference (instant, estimate or bespoke quoting) you need to set up pricing tables and location settings.
These can be found under Settings > Survey settings > Pricing and locations > Location settings / Residential pricing / Commercial pricing.
You can add multiple pricing tables and assign postcodes to each table in your location settings to vary your fee scales by location.
Creating a pricing table
Navigate to Settings > Survey settings > Pricing and locations > Residential pricing
To set up your first pricing table click “Add New Pricing Table” or select an existing table from the dropdown list.
Add a table name (e.g. Fee scale 1)
In the top table, you can enter your pricing for each survey by property value. You can press the ‘add row’ button to add as many additional rows as you need.
Property price bands cannot overlap (e.g. £0 – £10,000 in the first row, £10,001 must be the value in the next row).
In the bottom table, you can add additional fees by survey type. Please enter the number of bedrooms from which quotes should go bespoke and add a row for each number of bedrooms up to this limit. The bedroom fee can be set as 0 if no additional fee is to be added.
Press Save Pricing Table on the pricing table once you have made your updates.
Setting your locations
Navigate to Settings > Survey settings > Pricing settings > Location settings.
Select a pricing table that you wish to edit your locations for.
To add postcodes, type a postcode area into the filter bar (e.g. ‘HP’ or ‘YO’).
Click the postcode that appears in the dropdown list and it will add to the table. You can then expand the postcode and select all the postcodes you want to activate for each survey type you offer.
the box to select every postcode district or the plus button to see a list of all the postcode districts and select the relevant ones covered in that pricing table.
As you edit each postcode it will automatically save. If any postcodes are already active in another pricing table you will see it greyed out and an error if you try to select it as you cannot add the same postcode district to two pricing tables.
