Setting up your reallymoving datafeed:
Login to your reallymoving dashboard.
On the left hand side go to Account Settings > API settings.
Add your Survey Booker webhook to reallymoving
- From your Survey Booker dashboard go to Settings > Integrations > Lead generation site integrations
- Under the reallymoving section, copy your webhook which looks like: https://yourcompany.surveybooker.co.uk/api/reallymoving and paste it into the webhook section at the bottom of the API settings page on reallymoving.
- Select ‘yes’ for push leads to webhook and press save.
Add your API key from reallymoving to Survey Booker
- Copy you API key at the top of the page in your reallymoving API settings and paste this into the API key field on Survey Booker.
- Press save.
Your data feed is now live. All leads will receive your welcome email for the relevant survey type.
IMPORTANT: you must repeat this process for each reallymoving account / branch. Leads will only feed in for the branches that you have connected (e.g. you set up the above for branch 1. Leads from branch 2 will not add to Survey Booker as the account is not connected).
Settings – Pair job types
There is a list of job types that can feed from reallymoving into Survey Booker. Please select which survey type each lead type you receive should save as. If you don’t set up pairings, leads will fail to save in your account.
E.g. you need to set if a homebuyer lead should save as a Homebuyer Report (survey only) or Homebuyer Report (survey and valuation).
My leads aren’t saving
There are 3 causes of leads not saving:
- Your API key is incorrectly saved (check there are no extra spaces added at the start or end)
- Your webhook is not correct on the reallmoving side
- You have not paired incoming leads to job types in Survey Booker
