Logging calls on the call tab
On the timeline page of any job, you can log calls that have been made to the customer and/or the access contact as well as calls received from them.
- Click on the Calls tab.
- Click Log call
In the pop-up window, you can specify the details.
Optionally create a follow-up task, which will create a new task in the Tasks tab.
In the reporting section, data related to call logs gets pulled so you can view the average call time, number of calls, the breakup of the call log subject, and the outcome.
