Viewing your email logs
All of the emails sent for each job can be viewed on the ‘Email‘ tab on the job timeline and then ‘Email log‘ or ‘Manual email‘ tabs.
Press the view details text on each logged email to see the exact text sent to the customer / referrer / user.
Resend button: this button will resend the exact email that was sent out. If a customer was sent an email and they can’t find it you can press the resend button to send it again. Note: this will resend the same email text to the same email addresses. If an email address was wrong you will need to manually send an email out.
Contact / Referrer records
The email tab on these records will show both emails related to jobs carried out and emails directly sent to the contact on those records too.
