Pre-built VoIP Call Integrations

We have an API available on our Advanced Plan (or as a bolt-on) enabling you to integrate your call software. This allows you to look up contacts on incoming calls to see who is calling before you pick up. If they are unknown you can automatically create a contact and on call completion, create a call log automatically.

To make this is easier, we have prebuilt integrations with HorizonIntegrator and GoIntegrator. This means that if your VoIP system operates on one of these platforms you can integrate without any coding required!

Integrate Survey Booker

In your integration settings, search for Survey Booker in the integrations list.

Configure the integration

In the settings, add your webhook from Survey Booker (Settings > Integrations > Call integrations) and your API key.

Set how calls should be logged – not at all, automatically on closing the call etc.

Creating contacts

When a customer calls in, if the number cannot be found to show you who is calling in (e.g. because the contact doesn’t exist), you can automatically create a contact from the call pop up. Press create contact and you can create the contact in Survey Booker automatically ready to create a quote against.

Press the contact button to open up the contact record in Survey Booker so you can quickly add a quote, notes and more without having to search for the contact in Survey Booker.
