Setting up SLA’s (Service Level Agreements)

SLA’s are an Enterprise feature that allow you to track if you are contacting leads in time or which leads you may need to prioritise next.

Firstly, navigate to Settings > Survey settings > Quoting preferences > SLA’s tab.

Set the timings for green and amber stages

  • Set how long a lead should show green for
  • Set how long a lead should show amber for
  • Set which lead sources the SLA should set for

Note: changes to the SLA will apply to new leads added, not existing leads.

Set company working times

Navigate to Settings > Account settings.

Set your working times for each day of the week. This will control when the SLA starts running and when the SLA will pause as you aren’t working.

Filtering your quotes table

Filter jobs by SLA stage on the quotes table. View all jobs at Red, Amber or Green stages.
