Using your notifications page
Your notifications page can be accessed via the bell icon at the top right of the page. This will show a counter of the total number of notifications you have.
You have an option to view All Notifications or My Notifications.
Unread Emails
When you click through to a job record, an unread email counter will show on the Email tab in the left sidebar. It can be cleared by opening the email tab and viewing the manual email / email logs. Alternatively, tick the action tickbox in the table and press Mark as viewed.
Unread Messages
When you click through to a job record, an unread message icon will show on the message button. It can be cleared by opening the message page. Alternatively, tick the action tickbox in the table and press Mark as viewed.
Call backs
These are highlighted in the “What’s next” section. It can be cleared by pressing the “clear callback” button. Alternatively, tick the action tickbox in the table and press Mark as viewed.
Leads
This will show you a list of contacts that have been posted into your account that have no associated quote. This is used for the RICS Find a Surveyor feed.
Errors
This will provide a list of surveys where an error has occurred on an automated task. For example, if you have set a job to automatically post to GoReport when the inspection date it sent or terms to be processed, this will display a list of any jobs where something has gone wrong.
Tasks
This table will show a list of tasks that are due today or overdue (not including cancelled or completed tasks). You can click to view the task on the job timeline or click through to your full tasks list.
Custom events
This tab will display any custom events created that are due today or overdue.
Comments
Displays when a customer or referrer submits a comment on a job document via the customer/referrer portal. This is applicable to multi-job documents only.
