Report visible settings
This setting enables you to block the visibility of an uploaded report from your customer if:
- Payment is incomplete; and/or
- Terms are not signed.
The report-blocking feature is standard from our Large plans onwards and is available as a bolt-on for the Plus & Pro plans.
Once the settings are enabled, when you upload a report, the “Survey report available” email is sent out as normal.
If the job is not marked fully paid and/or the terms document is not signed, then the link to download the report in the email is replaced with the text you have specified in the settings.
Once the outstanding items are completed, you can resend the “Survey report available” email, or customer can log in to their account to view their report.
Adding the settings
Navigate to Settings > Customer portal settings > Other settings tab.
Scroll down and select No for “Allow report to be viewed without payment” and/or “Allow report to be viewed without terms”.
In the “Report download link replacement email text” field, add your link replacement text (e.g. “Your report is ready but signing our terms and/or payment is incomplete!).

Once edited, press the Save button.
Resending the report link once the terms document is signed and/or the payment has been completed
If the report was blocked on the initial upload, you can resend the email from Email tab > Email Log > clicking on Resend button, next to the survey report available email.
The email re-sent will include the report download link provided the requirements in your settings are met.
