What is the benefit?
With many VoIP software, you may be able to start phone calls without integration by simply clicking the phone number on the job page.
But fully integrating your VoIP system with Survey Booker provides you with the following benefits:
- Start outbound calls automatically from Survey Booker (if you can’t already)
- See who’s calling on an inbound call by allowing your VoIP software to look up the incoming phone number in Survey Booker for a more personalised answer
- Automatically save a call log to job, contact, or introducer record so you can better track every touchpoint without needing to manually enter it. You can then also view call stats on the reporting page and click to view call recordings in your VoIP software without needing to find it
How do I set it up?
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Call integrations.
Enter the webhook for your account into your call software settings.
Press the “Refresh API key” button to generate your API key. This is used to authenticate that you are the genuine person making the request to look up data or create call logs from your VoIP software.
Enter the webhook for your VoIP provider into Survey Booker so we know where to send call requests to.
You can request our API documentation from our support team and your developer can integrate with our API.
Notes: you can refresh your API key at any time for security reasons. However, when you refresh your API key it will invalidate the current key and you will need to update the API key saved in your VoIP system so it can continue to connect.

Once this has been completed, you will be able to integrate from any MondaGo powered systems straight into Survey Booker without needing to do any of your own coding to connect.
