Access contact email templates

There are two notification emails that can be sent to your access contact. These are:

• Access contact appointment date confirmation – sent when setting the appointment date
• Access contact appointment date reminder – sent 24 hours before the appointment. This is sent each hour and includes jobs with an appointment time in that hour (e.g. at 10am any jobs with an appointment time between 10-10:59 are sent the reminder).

Shortcodes (from end of Feb 2024): you can use the [Access First Name] and [Access Last Name] shortcodes to personalise the start of your email to customers.

Conditions for sending:

• There must be a valid email present. If the data entered is not a valid email format, the template will not send.
