What Happens if a Referred Customer Searches Again on My Site?

If a customer is initially introduced to you via a referrer, all subsequent searches the customer makes will automatically show the lead source as that referrer even if they search via your Direct quote form.

This means that the quote calculated will still allow for any referral fees or custom fee scales associated with that referrer and prevent the customer from receiving an incorrect quotation.

If a customer searches for a quote on your site first, and then via a referrer, only this search second search will have the introducer fee added on. All subsequent searches via your direct form will exclude the referral fee as they initially came via your direct form.
