Adding project types

Navigate to Settings > Project settings > Stage settings.

Under “Service Type” click on the “Add new type” text and type in the name of your new project type.

Press the “Save” button.

This new type will appear in your projects lists and job type filters in the quotes/jobs tables.

You can edit a project name which will change the name of the service on any records in the system.

Adding project stages

Navigate to Settings > Project settings > Project stages.

Under the project stage heading click on “Add new stage”

Enter the name of your stage and press “Save”.

The stage will be available on your project pages for selection for all project types and be available in the stage filter on the “Jobs” table. The “Quotes” table will use the separate “Deal stage” options. Setting a deal stage to “Won” will move the project into the “Jobs” table and you can then filter the stage by these custom job stages.
